Urad dal and nonya saag gosht
Ingredients
5 servings
- 250 gm meat
- 100 gm nonya saag
- 1/2 cup split black urad dal
- 2 tbsp chana dal
- 3 onions chopped
- tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 4 tbsp oil
Steps
30 mins
- Add 1/4tsp of salt and watrr and pressure cook till 3 whistles on low flame. keep aside
- Note the whistles i counted is for my pressure cooker. it may differ from the other pressure cookers.
