Rajo Podo pitha-Urad-Dal

Ingredients 2 cup  Rice 1 cup   urad dal 1/2 cup  oats 2 cup  scrape coconut 4  nos cardamom crushed 6  nos clove 10  nos black pepper crushed 1 tsp  baking powder 1 cup  ghee to taste  Salt 1 cup  jaggery 1/2 cup  cashew nut and raisins 2 tbs  flaxseeds 2 tbsp  watermelon seeds Steps 3 hours Wash the dal and rice then soak it for 2 hours then grind it with oats like Idli batter     Then pre heat the oven for 10 minutes, then add into the batter jaggery, flax seeds, black pepper crushed, crushed cardamom, cloves crushed, watermelon seeds, salt to taste, ghee, baking powder and mix well.     Decorate it cashew nuts and raisins and bake it with greased oven proof dish for 40 mins.     #Best_Quality_Dal_Manufacturers_Suppliers #Best_Dal_Price #Best_Quality_Minapagullu #Best_Quality _Urad_Dal #Best_Quality _Ur

Healthy-oats-Upma-Urad-Dal

Ingredients 1/3 cup  rolled oats 1small  onion finely chopped 2  green chillies chopped 8-10  curry leaves 1/2 inch  ginger crushed 1  carrot grated 1/2 tsp  rai/ mustard seeds 1 tsp   urad dal 1/2 tsp  haldi / turmeric powder 1/4 tsp  pepper powder to taste  Salt 2/3 cup  water Steps Dry roast the oats in a pan for a few minutes and set aside. Heat ghee in a pan and add Rai and let it splutter. Then add the urad dal and roast till golden. Now add ginger and green chillies. Saute for a few seconds then add the onions. Give it a mix. Then add curry leaves and carrots. Stir well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.     Add the masalas. Haldi, pepper powder and salt. Give it a good mix. Add the water and let it boil. Add the roasted oats. Gavarfali ki chutney-Urad-Dal

Ingredients 100 grams  gavarfali 2 tablespoons  groundnuts 2 tablespoons  chana dal / split chickpeas 1 tablespoons  urad dal 1 teaspoon  jeera 1/2 tablespoon  mustard seeds 1 teaspoon  whole coriander Pinch  off Hing 2  red chilli and two green chilli each Handful  curry patta 4 cloves  garlic As required  tamarind As required  Salt 3 tablespoons  oil Steps Cut and wash gavarfali and keep it aside. Take oil in a kadai add Jeera / cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chana dal / split bengal gram, urad dal /, whole coriander, groundnuts and Hing.     Then add remain ingredients add salt fry for 10 minutes. Ingredients 3 servings 275 g  Tomatoes 5 tbsp  Chopped Coriander Leaves 7  Garlic Cloves 1 inch  Ginger Chopped 2 teaspoon  Cumin Seeds 1/4 teaspoon  Pepper 1-2 tbsp  Oil or Ghee 1/2 teaspoon  Mustard Seeds 1/8 teaspoon  Hing/ Asafoetida 1/2 teaspoon   Urad Dal (Skinned black gram lentils) 8-10  Curry Leaves 1/4 teaspoon  Turmeric powder 1-2  dry Red Chilies De- seeded 1.5 Cups  Water 1 teaspoon  Salt or to taste 2 tbsp  Chopped Coriander Leaves Steps 15 mins Blanch tomatoes, this is optional but it renders beautiful red colour to Rasam.
