Gavarfali ki chutney-Urad-Dal

Ingredients

  1. 100 grams gavarfali
  2. 2 tablespoons groundnuts
  3. 2 tablespoons chana dal / split chickpeas
  4. 1 tablespoons urad dal
  5. 1 teaspoon jeera
  6. 1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds
  7. 1 teaspoon whole coriander
  8. Pinch off Hing
  9. 2 red chilli and two green chilli each
  10. Handful curry patta
  11. 4 cloves garlic
  12. As required tamarind
  13. As required Salt
  14. 3 tablespoons oil

Steps

  1. Cut and wash gavarfali and keep it aside. Take oil in a kadai add Jeera / cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chana dal / split bengal gram, urad dal /, whole coriander, groundnuts and Hing.
       
  2. Then add remain ingredients add salt fry for 10 minutes. Grind it roughly.
