Ingredients 500 g  boiled patato 2 slice  bread 150 gm  chana dal 1 teaspoon  salt 1/2 teaspoon  red chilli 1/4  black pepper As needed  Refind oil for frying 200 gm  curd as needed  Tomato Souce 1  chopped onion as needed  Fried jeera for garnish 300 ml  water Steps Grind the bread slice     Boil the chana dal with these ingredients water, salt, black pepper, refined, red chilli     Mash the boiled patoto     In the boiled patato mix the bread and make a dough from it without edding water     Make small ball from it fill the chana dal then roll it     Fry it     Serve it with garnishing curd, sauce, salt, red chilli, jeera, chopped onion    "Best Quality Dal Manufacturers Suppliers" "Best Dal Price" "Best

Chana dal Pulao - Black gram urad dal

Ingredients 4-5 servings 1/2 cup  basmati rice 1/2 cup  bengal gram(chana dal) 2-3  onion (sliced) 1  tomato chopped(optional) 2  green chillies chopped/slit 1 tsp  cumin seeds 1  bay leaf 3-4  cloves 4-5  black pepper corn 1  black cardamom 2  whole dry red chillies 1/2 tsp  red chilli powder to taste  salt 2-3 tbsp  oil Steps 30mins.
