Chana dal tikki - Black gram urad dal

Ingredients

  1. 500 g boiled patato
  2. 2 slice bread
  3. 150 gm chana dal
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli
  6. 1/4 black pepper
  7. As needed Refind oil for frying
  8. 200 gm curd
  9. as needed Tomato Souce
  10. 1 chopped onion
  11. as needed Fried jeera for garnish
  12. 300 ml water

Steps

  1. Grind the bread slice
     
     
  2. Boil the chana dal with these ingredients water, salt, black pepper, refined, red chilli
     
     
  3. Mash the boiled patoto
     
     
  4. In the boiled patato mix the bread and make a dough from it without edding water
     
     
  5. Make small ball from it fill the chana dal then roll it
       
  6. Fry it
     
     
  7. Serve it with garnishing curd, sauce, salt, red chilli, jeera, chopped onion
