Ingredients Of Bengali Style Chana Dal

  • 1 Cup Chana Dal
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut, chopped
  • 1 Sticks Cinnamon
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 Clove
  • 1/4 Cup Raisins
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • A pinch of Sugar
  • 2 1/2 Cups Water
  • For Tadka
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 Nos Bay Leaves
  • 2 Nos Cloves
  • 1 Sticks Cinnamon
  • 4 Nos Cardamom
  • 2 Nos Red Chilli Whole

How to Make Bengali Style Chana Dal

  • 1.Soak a cup of chana dal for about ten minutes.Bengali Style Chana Dal
