Urad and chana daal - Black gram urad dal

Ingredients

  1. 1 bowl urad and chana mix daal
  2. water as required
  3. 1 spoon salt
  4. 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  5. 1 spoon turmeric powder
  6. 1 table spoon desi ghee
  7. 1 onion peeled and chopped
  8. 1 tomato finealy chopped
  9. 1 green chilli chooped
  10. 5,6 garlic pieces chopped
  11. 1 small piece ginger chopped
  12. coriander leaves for garnish

Steps

  1. Firstly take a cooker add daal water turmeric powder and salt and cover the lid boil it for 20 minutes after 1 whistle low the flame
     
     
  2. Now take a pan add ghee add garlic fry it add onion, tomato and green chilli fry it add little salt, red chilli powder mix well now add boil daal in it mix well boil for 2 minutes
